He is a low-key fudanshi and has read a wide variety of Yaoi stories. He enjoys fantasy, romance, supernatural and comedy. Someday, Seru hopes and dreams of creating a story of his own. In July 2015, he starts writing random stories with different plots and over-the-top characters on Wattpad. His first story is called “Seme Trapped in an Uke’s Perfect body,” a romantic comedy that revolves around Haru Arata, who claims to be a seme but has a perfect uke’s body. That story has laid the foundation to create his second story called “Fujoshi Trapped in a Seme’s Perfect Body,” a story about Haru’s parents. Seru wants to take “Fujoshi” to the next level and adapt it into a manga-style format. He has tried to reach more than a hundred artists (156 artists to be exact).

Unfortunately, he has been ignored, politely rejected, or “seen-zoned.” Nonetheless, he didn’t give up and eventually found Joberu, an artist from the Philippines. They talked and connected….and The Yaoi Army was born. Hello guys! I'm Joberu, a 21-year-old fujoshi and artist from the Philippines. I am a book illustrator for a local publishing company, a freelance artist on DeviantArt, and also a member of the Black Monkey-Pro (I mostly draw posters and pinups). I specialize in drawing ikemen/handsome guys, especially the seme type :>.

(Just search Joberu) I became a part of The Yaoi Army last January 2016 when I met Seru on Instagram. He asked me if I could illustrate one of his stories.

At first, I declined his offer but I changed my mind afterward. (Blame Seru XD). Now, I am his illustrator for "Fujoshi Trapped in a Seme’s Perfect Body". It was an honor that he considered me as one of his illustrators. It’s my first time drawing a manga, so don’t be too harsh with me Q^Q. I am sure you will really enjoy the story as much as I did :). Our mission is to bring unique, entertaining and extraordinary yaoi experience to you, our readers. Currently, we are planning to do a four-chapter volume with 120+ pages.

The storyboard and manuscript are completed.
